Gba game medabots
Your first Medaforce learned at level 10 will help in this battle. The Medafighter's name is Koji, and his Medabot is different depending on the version you are playing. He has either Sumilodon or Warbandit. Metabee players will fight Sumilodon, and Rokusho players face Warbandit. Once you decide you are strong enough to take on Koji, talk to Erika, then head down.
After a few brief words the Robattle will start. Warbandit likes to start off with his Boost Chrg ability, which makes him faster, but usually doesn't help him win at all. You shouldn't really have any problems with this Robattle. Oh, anytime your Medaforce gauge fills up use your Medaforce. Warbandit is the easiest of Koji's Medabots. At that point the Robattle should be over, if not just use Chain Gun or Rifle. Sumilodon likes to start off with his Shot Trap ability, which will deal damage to you anytime you use Shoot or Aim Shot actions, but you can still win, so don't panic.
Sumilodon is the hardest of Koji's Medabots, but still easy. After winning you will see a short cinematic involving Koji, Ikki, Erika and Karin yes, the "cute" girl that was with Salty, your dog.
After a few lines of conversation you finally regain control. Now you should definitely SAVE again. Erika wanted you to go to her house, so get moving. Exit the school and run right. Erika's house is on the right, between the shop and Ikki's house.
It isn't too hard to find. If you get lost just check the mailboxes on the houses by standing in front of the mailbox and pressing A. Enter Erika's house and talk to her. She comes up with a brilliant idea, a disguise for Ikki. Yes, he is supposed to wear I totally agree with what Ikki says for this For some guys, this is a chance to live your wildest fantasies.
For the rest of us guys, this is embarrassing and shameful. You girls quit laughing, this is serious! Anyway, I thought this was just a skirt, but it appears to be a shirt and hair bows too Walk outside.
That's what you get for making Ikki wear this skirt! After the long chase scene head left and up, and enter the warehouse. SAVE again, you have a boss battle ahead. Walk up and you will find the Medabot again, and a I've seen stupid costumes before, but this is by far the stupidest Anyway, the Rubberobos are the "enemies" of this game, the evildoers plotting to take over the world, one tickled girl at a time.
Or something like that. To complicate matters Karin shows up. After she compliments you on your costume aghhh! Ikki walks forward, and the Rubberobo mistakes him for a cute girl he needs help too! The Medabot tries to tickle him, but a Robattle ensues instead. It should be obvious by now This guy is similar to Kintaro, but not as powerful, so he's no problem at all, just use the standard tactics and you'll be fine.
Winning the Robattle will give you a Medapart and a Rubberobo Medal. That medal isn't a Medabot Medal, it is a different sort of medal. But it will use up the Rubberobo Medal, so you can only do that if you have some. Use them wisely The leader is a bit chubby and LOVES taking credit for others' work, so he takes the Rubberobo into custody and takes all the credit.
Afterwards another man walks in, looks around, and leaves, then Ikki comes out and decides to give the skirt back finally!!! Before leaving, though, walk up and left. Notice the boxes arranged in a kind of pattern in the middle on the floor.
It starts with a high Strike and Berserk, medium Heal, low Defend and Support, and nothing on everything else. With the extra Defend, Heal, and Support, this is one of the better early Medals.
If your equipped Medal was high enough in level this one might start with a Medaforce already mastered This is a good ranged Medal early on, with Strike for backup. Exit the building. Odoro Pond """"""""""""""""""" Head back to Erika's house.
You won't be able to enter any other buildings right now, since Ikki is ashamed of the skirt costume and rightly so! Once back at Erika's, Ikki will try and give back the skirt, but Erika will insult him and insist he keep it. Then Erika will tell Ikki to come to school; then she leaves. Follow her out and go back to school. Stroll up to the 2nd floor and find Erika.
Along the way you can learn about a ghost in Mt. Odoro, if you chat with the students. Sounds kinda creepy Oh, you'll have the same three Medabots to Robattle in the school, as always. After finding and talking to Erika, leave the school. In the schoolyard you'll find the Screws and a group of students. Ikki will automatically walk over and stand with the students to hear the speeches. After more boasting, and a few greedy words, the Screws will leave, then the students will leave.
Erika shows up and cons Ikki into going to Mt. Odoro as well, so you might as well listen and go. Erika gives you a Town Map, which you can use through the Items menu. The map shows all the different places you will visit actually, just most, some places haven't appeared yet Leave the school and make your way back to your house. Ikki will explain about wanting to go to Mt. Odoro on a picnic with Erika, and his Mom takes it the wrong way.
Ikki becomes embarrassed and heads upstairs. Ikki wants to bring something with him, so we need to find something Walk over and check talk to the bookshelf.
You'll get a Penlight, an item that lights up dark areas. Try to go back downstairs and Dad will come up. He will present you with a lunch at least Mom fixed a lunch for Ikki to take with him, even if she did think it was a date and a present, a new male Tinpet.
Now you can use 2 Medabots in battle! Then Dad leaves. Before doing anything else deck out your new Tinpet with Medaparts and a Medal. Leave your house and prepare for new territory. Walk up and you'll notice the woman who used to guard the top exit in the top center section of town is now gone. As soon as you enter Mt. Odoro the next area you will face a Boss Battle. Before you go there, though, I'd suggest equipping the Victory Armor head won from the Tankar battle if you have it.
Odoro you'll notice Erika. She wants to "warm up" so prepare for a Robattle. She'll have a second Medabot to help her out this time. You can only have Scout at this point in Metabee if you bought some Jorat parts from the store.
If you miss, use Scout again. When you win you'll get a Medapart. I highly recommend trying to get a Pretty Prime Medapart, although you won't be able to use any part you get just yet Trust me, you want a Pretty Prime part. Once the warmup is over Koji and Karin show up.
After a brief dialogue Erika will join you and follow you around. You'll still be Robattling by yourself, though. Too bad. Anyway, hike up and right. Oh, before I go any farther, I'd better list the Medabots and fields, shouldn't I? Doing so will protect that Medabot from Flow damage, an attack Poison Copy has. Also, if nothing else, pick up a Sun-Beam Floro head , preferably two, so you can keep one, and trade one later on. One boy here mentions something being in a tree as you travel up.
Yes, there is actually something in a tree. Stand at the bottom-left of the bottom tree of the group of trees near the top of the screen. The tree I'm talking about is next to a row of small bushes. If you stand in the right spot and examine talk to the tree Ikki will ask if you want to kick it. Say yes and a Rubberobo will fall out.
He will challenge you to a Robattle as payback for waking him up. This guy is no problem, especially since you have two Medabots and he only has one. Once you win the Rubberobo runs off. If you talk to the boy again he will ask the same question, and you can kick the tree again. All that happens this time is a caterpillar falls on Erika Anyway, now just head up and right. As you pass a lone boy in the trees he will challenge you to a Robattle.
Start off with Rokusho's Scout and have the second Medabot use any type of attack, then hit him with any Berserk or other attack with Chain Reaction. Start off with Metabee's Chain Gun and have the second Medabot use Scout if you have it , then hit him with any Berserk or other attack with Chain Reaction. Examine it, and Erika agrees to pay for you to go, so why not go? You end up on an island with 4 chests. This is a really good Medal early on because it can use both Grapple and Shot type weapons.
If your equipped Medals were high enough in level this one will start with a Medaforce already mastered. The first Medaforce inflicts the Stop status on all enemies, which is really useful if you are in a jam.
This is a great ranged Medal early on. The first Medaforce is awesome! Can you see the usefulness of that? The Medabot will change the sign, then run off.
Move right and down. Along the way you'll notice two boys. Pass them both and continue going down. Right away you'll notice Karin and Koji. I can't stress that enough. Now you must make a decision. What you do now will affect an event at the very end of the game.
The event involves a Medal, either the Cat Medal or? You must decide if you want the Cat or? Have you decided? If you have, read on. No problem. This is very important! Medal, right? Just talk to Karin several times until she starts to repeat her dialog, then talk to Koji once.
Head back up and left, and as you pass the middle of the screen where the path is the narrowest Erika will lament the fact there is nothing there and ask Ikki to take her somewhere else. If this doesn't happen, then you didn't talk to Koji. Medal near the end of the game. Continue walking north until you find the boy who said "What is that taking a nap in the trees? Take the bottom bridge to the left to enter the other half of Mt.
Noctobat uses Anti-Air, so avoid Air-type legs. Also, if you have any Noctobat parts, they will work great against Noctobat and Dragonfly, so equip them except for Grave, the legs, don't equip those. As you walk through this area you will notice several bald guys.
This is their training ground, so you will find lots of these guys here, and the random battles will be them as well. Try to collect at least the Noctobat parts, they are really great for this area, since they are Anti-Air. Also, if you chose the Bat Medal when Nae gave you a choice of one of six Medals, now would be the time to use it, since it adds a bonus to Anti-Air Medaparts. The first bald guy will give you a warning. The second bald guy will Robattle you.
With Noctobat parts equipped this isn't even a challenge. The third hermit will Robattle you as well, and is just as easy. The fourth guy gives the same warning as the first guy. The fifth hermit will Robattle you, then talks about a Ninja village.
Pass the last hermit and walk into the small section of rock in the bottom-left corner. A Ninja will appear and tell you to keep this place a secret and gives you a Medal. It isn't good to take bribes, but a Medal is a good thing It starts with a high Strike, Medium Berserk and Support, low Defend, and nothing on everything else.
This is a decent grapple Medal early on. This is a great ranged Medal early on, with Berserk for backup and Defend is great, too, once you get some Defend parts. Odoro Pond, then take the top bridge back to Mt.
Odoro left. You will be above the hermit training grounds. Head left and look for a girl. She will Robattle you using the Churlybear team. The battle isn't really hard, just annoying because Oceana can heal any damaged Medaparts that aren't destroyed, undoing your hard work.
The good news is you'll be able to do the same thing as soon as you get some Oceana parts and a female Tinpet After Robattling the girl stroll up and left. If you read the sign the Medabot Taxi will tell you to kill some time and come back later, so take his advice and go down.
The Select Corpss are here? If you try to pass the bottom guy and enter the cave he'll tell you it is too dangerous and make you turn back. If you try to pass him again you'll break his contact lens. After that he is back to being boring Collect all the Medaparts you want from this area. Now enter the building the only building around. Talk to the guy on the right, behind the table, to enter a 2-on-3 Robattle.
Yes, a 2 you on 3 him Robattle. He is using the only team Select Corps. If you get lucky you may end this battle by targeting Attack-Tyrano and hitting him in the head Anti-Air will take care of Air-Ptera in short order.
After the Robattle leave the building and march up. As you pass the sign, the Medabot Taxi will appear and drop off a Rubberobo. Another Robattle will follow, but this time the Rubberobo is using two Medabots. At this point Gorem won't do anything. After the Robattle Ikki will fall into the river and be swept downstream. Several people talk to you, but decide you don't need help.
Ikki blacks out. Remember what Anti-Air did to flying? That's what Anti-Sea does to water types using Sea legs. On the same note, if you get Anti-Sea parts, you should equip them right away, since they will help a lot in this area.
Also, Pingen is similar to Oceana, except Pingen brings back broken Medaparts instead of healing damaged ones. That makes any Robattle with Pingen very tough, unless you happen to be using Anti-Sea attacks. The only problem is if you aren't using Sea Legs you won't move very fast the battle has actually ended before my Medabot even had a chance to attack, with the time running out, set to Low, though. But if you are using Sea Legs you run the risk of being taken out yourself Just make sure you don't equip your Leader Medabot with Sea legs.
Ikki awakens in a bed, wearing new clothing. He soon notices he is in another girl outfit, this time a kimono, and freaks out. An old woman the "hag" everyone was talking about walks over and talks to him. Her name is Kannie. She introduces Ikki to her "little one" who only saved Ikki because he thought he "might be delicious. Anyway, after some conversation you will regain control of Ikki. Head back into the building and talk to Kannie again.
She will tell you about bad people using Medabots to hurt her babies. Walk back outside and start hunting for the baddies she mentioned. Stroll down and talk to the Medabot, then jog right and up a little and talk to that Medabot also. Then exit up. Walk up and around the rocks and trees, then back down until you reach the Air-type Medabot.
Talk to him. Agree to each lunch with him and he will reward you with a Heavyweighter right arm Medapart. Now hike up and talk to the next Medabot you see. Talk to it again for a tip for this area, then head up.
There is a Medabot at the very top, talk to it for a Robattle. The Medabot's Medabot of choice is Flatstick, a somewhat difficult Medabot to defeat. Flatstick has high evade and an evil attack, Bug, that lowers your ROS. That means low accuracy, or Rate of Success, meaning more misses. Having the Victory Armor head equipped will help as well. After the Robattle saunter right across the bridge and down. The Medabot Taxi won't take you anywhere, so just ignore it. The flying Medabot further down lost Kannie's letter, so ignore it too.
There is another boss battle ahead. Also, before you leave the screen to head for the boss battle I'd suggest changing your Medabot a little. For the head equip the Victory Armor I suggest that a lot, don't I?
You don't need to have collected all the Medaparts from this area, since you can stay here after the boss battle and even have a third Medabot to help you yahoo! Once you are ready, proceed down. After a short conversation the Rubberobo will Robattle you. After the Robattle more Rubberobos will challenge you, but Phantom Renegade will show up and save the day. As soon as you regain control immediately change your Medabot, removing the Sea legs and changing back to whatever you had before the Robattle.
Then pick up the letter to your right. After reading the letter, talk to the Medabot, and you will be taken back to Kannie's place. Talk to the air Medabot in front of the door and hand over the letter. Now go in and talk to Kannie. She'll reward you for your actions with a choice of two chests. For now I'd suggest either one, but I usually choose the large box female Tinpet and stick around this area collecting more Medaparts. The fact that the large box has Brass Medaparts Brass is Erika's first Medabot is the reason why I said don't get Brass parts from the Erika boss battle.
After choosing which box talk to Kannie again, then leave. Now you can either collect more Medaparts if you don't have them all or talk to the air Medabot. Even if you don't have them all I still suggest talking to the air Medabot. Agree to hitch a ride, and you will be dropped off back in Mt.
The Taxi will take you to two places now, so say no the first time, then yes the second to downstream. You will be dropped off at the taxi stand downstream, so hike left and down to walk back to Kannie's place. Oh, don't forget to equip your new Tinpet with Medaparts. Back at Kannie's enter the house, then talk to Kannie. Now talk to the Medabot. Great news, you can open the other chest!
Be sure and equip your new Tinpet! Now finish collecting Medaparts from this area, and with 4 Medabots to choose from the task is much easier. When you have finished collecting the parts you may have missed, take the Taxi back to Mt.
One last note, anytime you come here before heading to Mt. Odoro Marsh she'll quit giving you anything. You are back in Mt. Odoro Left. If you are trying to get Erika's Cat Medal you will want to skip this next part because it affects the Medal Quests. Pretty easy, right? She isn't too difficult, just annoying. Just hit the Leader, Neutranurse, and ignore the partner, Sailormate. Neutranurse becomes very annoying very quick, healing both Medabots, but you should still be able to win without any trouble.
Oh, try to win Neutranurse Medaparts from this Robattle, not Sailormate parts if possible. Also, when you win you will be given a right arm Medapart Right Armor. Talk to Karin again and she will comment on your kimono. It is sad how many people think Ikki, who is obviously a guy, looks good in girls' clothes The Taxi Medabot appears again and asks you for your destination.
Say yes to the first option and you'll be taken to Mt. Odoro Marsh, which happens to be in a cave. Spidar is mean, very mean, using Grap Traps, which deal damage to any of your Medabots using a Strike or Berserk action. Be careful And yes, there are two variations of the Rubberobo random encounter with the Magdosnake Medabot, one with Magdosnake and Gorem, and one with Magdosnake, Gorem, and Haniwa.
You can't leave! Looks like you'll have to find another exit. Stick around the entrance and collect Medaparts until you are content.
Also, every Robattle with a Rubberobo that you win will give you another Rubberobo Medal, which is used to avoid Robattles Stock up on Rubberobo Medals, they will come in handy later on.
The only Rubberobo Robattles in this area are random Robattles, except for the boss battle later on. When you are ready proceed up and open the chest for a Battle Rifle, a Krosserdog Medapart. Then walk to the right and down a little to find Sloan.
Also, if you have any Haniwa parts with CancelOptic equip at least one of those parts to your Leader Medabot. Talk to Sloan to enter a Robattle. This is an easy Robattle for this part of the game After the Robattle Sloan threatens to block the path with a rock, then runs off.
That isn't the best news I've heard, but it isn't anything to be concerned about, either. Just stroll up and right, until you reach the rock. Equip one of your Medabots with the left arm Battle Rifle, which you got from either Krosserdog in the school or the chest in this area.
Now check the rock talk to it and Ikki will use a Medabot to destroy it. Once the rock is gone feel free to switch the Battle Rifle for a different part, you won't need it anymore. Walk down and you'll find another blocked rock. Ikki wants to break this rock with the head Medapart Psycho Missile which you got in a chest in Mt.
Odoro Pond or from random Robattles in this area. Just equip any Medabot with Psycho Missile, then check the rock. After that, hike down and right to reach the next rock. Ikki wants to use a gravity attack from the right arm Heavyweighter for this one, so equip a Heavyweighter once again you can get this from a random Robattle here, or you could have gotten it by sharing lunch with the Air Medabot downstream, near Kannie's place. It is so convenient how the game makes sure you'll have all the parts you need Anyway, get rid of the rock, then go down the stairs.
He will Robattle you a second time, and is just as easy as the first time. Use the same strategy and Medaparts as before and you'll win just as easily. After you win he runs off again. Walk up, then right, and check the pile of junk that is different it looks like a green pile of parts. Now run left, then down, and then right to find the chest. After the Robattle Spyke runs off. Walk up, following the path across the stepping stones in the water. After you step back onto dry land you'll confront Samantha.
Talk to her and she'll walk off without a Robattle. Too bad, I wanted to get another Medapart Take the stairs to the next floor. Now wander up, left, and down.
After saving walk toward the cave entrance. A Medabot will appear and demand Medaparts. This is the Ghost, Yanagi! To complicate matters Koji shows up and demands a Robattle. Other than that, this is nearly identical to the first Koji Robattle.
Just hit fast and hard and his Medabots will fall in no time. Metabee players should be careful of Sumilodon's Shot Trap. After the Robattle an ugly Rubberobo comes out and takes credit for all of the Ghost Medabot's hard work. Then comes another boss battle, and no chance to save!
This guy is kinda tough, so be prepared to lose and have to try again. Rokusho players, I hope you took my advice and brought some Anti-Sea weapons, and I hope both Rokusho and Metabee players also equipped CancelBomb parts. You may lose this battle several times before you win. If you have Anti-Sea parts use them. If you equipped CancelBomb parts then Aviking's Missile attack won't damage you. There is no way to block Sacrifice, which is unfortunate, because Sacrifice will destroy Aviking's arm, and also destroy a few of your Medaparts Sacrifice is very powerful, and does Chain Reaction!
Thankfully each Aviking can only Sacrifice twice, since each only has two arms If you equipped CancelBomb parts he won't even deal any damage whatsoever. Just attack as usual. Dashbutton can only use Full Block once. This battle was easy to begin with, but Dashbutton makes it even easier by using Defence, forcing you to attack him and not Giggly Jelly History Talk 0. It features a new protagonist. It also introduces Medachange, which allows players to transform their Medarots during battle. Medarot R is the first Medarot game to be released on a console. Battles are rendered in 3D. Not to be confused with Parts Collection 2, this companion game is compatible with Medarot 2.
It introduces Medaforce, powerful attacks that don't rely on a single body part. This companion game lets players harvest Medaparts to use in the main Medarot game. In this collect-em-all RPG, the player builds robots using four body parts and a "Medal" and then pit them against their opponents' in 3-on-3 combat.
