How to make new windows open in full screen

We would want to state that when you open IE 11, and you resized it and then close it, when you again reopen the IE 11, it will be to size you left it last. However, if you need a full screen view, you can select the maximize button in the upper top right hand corner of the IE 11 and then select it, your screen will automatically go on full screen. However if the above options do not work, please try to create a new account and check if the issue persists.
