You might want to disable Dynamics for Outlook instead of uninstalling it. In the Setup wizard, on the Choose the installation you want page, click Uninstall or Repair. If an uninstallation is not completed while you are logged on to the client computer as the user who originally installed the application, the offline database will remain attached to the instance of SQL Server Express. After the uninstall is complete, you can manually detach the offline database.

After I logged in, Outlook restarted and was not running in administrator mode. Problem solved. However, yesterday when I was having the issue, the "Advanced" button did not appear on the Properties dialog and there was no way to deselect Run As Administrator.

Restarting Outlook did not help.
