This video game takes players through the movie, beat by beat with different tasks and challenges coming up along the way. It doesn't have quite as much action as some other Disney Pixar video games, which is mainly due to the fact that the movie itself doesn't have as much.

This particular game obviously plays on the third movie, with different levels that go along with the movie itself. However, the game really comes alive with the Toy Box Mode, which is actually an open world. This has plenty of customizable elements, allowing people to really dive into the world and have as much fun as possible with the characters. Monsters, Inc. Scream Team might not have the flashy graphics that later Disney Pixar games would have, but there's a true element of charm and excitement about this game.
The platformer allows people to play as both of the lead characters, with both having to train to become the best scarers possible. The duo gets sent to Scare Island, where they go around generating energy for the city to use. Players must be careful though, due to the fact that children are dangerous to them, which makes this one more exciting overall.
